Sclerotherapy
Clear spider veins and small varicose veins on the legs with sclerotherapy — a quick, time-tested in-office treatment.

What it is
Sclerotherapy treats spider veins and small varicose veins by injecting a solution that causes the vein to collapse and gradually fade from view. It's a proven, minimally invasive treatment that improves both the appearance and, in some cases, the discomfort of leg veins.
Ideal candidates
- You have visible spider veins or small varicose veins
- You experience aching or heaviness in the legs
- You want a non-surgical vein treatment
- You want minimal downtime
The procedure
A fine needle delivers the sclerosing solution into each targeted vein. A session takes 15–45 minutes depending on the number of veins. Compression is applied afterward.
Recovery
You'll wear compression stockings for a short period and can walk immediately. Treated veins fade over several weeks; a series may be recommended.
